The MeMi Rewards program was introduced April 11, 2021. Orders before this date do not qualify for the program. If your order falls after this date and you believe some points were not added that should have been, please send an email to email@example.com our customer care team would be happy to look into this for you.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. You may return any unwashed/unworn items* within 30 days of your order for exchange or shop credit (excluding applicable shipping fees). Customer is responsible for return shipping charges for exchanges and returns for shop credit.

What items are returnable?
Within 30 days from the date of purchase
In unused, resellable condition, scent free and pet hair free
What items are non-returnable?
The following items cannot be returned for shop credit or exchange:
Clearance items marked "Final sale" in the product description
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date. Please send us an email with photos of the damage or defect to firstname.lastname@example.org
Can the items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for items of equal value only. Please note the requested exchange in the box provided in the return portal. Once the exchange request is approved and the returning item is received, the replacement item will be shipped to you if available. If the requested exchange is not available we will provide you with a shop credit. Sorry, we are not able to hold product.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
Refund to store credit (excluding shipping fees). Gift card does not expire.
How do I ship back the items?
For full instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees and may ship via their mail service of choice. If using a courier, please confirm if they will deliver to a PO Box, if not, please contact us for an alternate mailing address.
Returns outside of Canada - please mark the customs form clearly as return (or gift). If this is not check then any customs fees incurred will be deducted from your return. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in shipment, we recommend adding tracking and insurance.
How soon will I get my shop credit?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will receive a separate email with a gift card code shortly after.
