At checkout, your order is processed in our websites main currency which is Canadian funds. Your credit card or Paypal, depending on your choice of payment method, will automatically exchange your home currency to Canadian funds.
We absolutely do! We're happy to offer a fast, low cost rate for world-wide shipping. International shipping is a flat rate of $10 which does not include tracking. Express post is available at checkout.
Customs fees may be charged when your package enters your home country. These fees are out of our control and not afiliated with us at all.

We now offer local pick up at our warehouse in Colwood, BC located just off of Wale Rd.
To request local pick up just check the box located in your cart that says "Local Pick Up in Colwood, BC". This will then add an In-Store Pick Up item to your cart that lets us know not to ship your order. If you change your mind before completing payment and decide you would like your order shipped, just go back to your cart and remove the In-Store Pick Up item.
We aim to have your order ready for pick up within 3 business days but during releases and sales please allow up to 10 business days. We ask that you please do not arrive before receiving the email confirmation letting you know that your order is ready. If you do arrive early, you may be asked to return.
Pick up hours are Monday- Thursday 9:30am - 2:30pm (Closed Statutory Holidays) . Our pick up address will be provided in your order confirmation email and shipping confirmation email via the "View your order" button.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. You may return any unwashed/unworn items* within 30 days of your order for exchange or shop credit (excluding applicable shipping fees). Customer is responsible for return shipping charges for exchanges and returns for shop credit.

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date. Please send us an email with photos of the damage or defect to firstname.lastname@example.org
Can the items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants via our return portal. Once the exchange request is approved and the returning item is received, the replacement item will be shipped to you.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
Refund to store credit (excluding shipping fees). Gift card does not expire.
How do I ship back the items?
For full instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees and may ship via their courier of choice.
Returns outside of Canada - please mark the customs form clearly as return (or gift). If this is not check then any customs fees incurred will be deducted from your return. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in shipment, we recommend adding tracking and insurance.
How soon will I get my shop credit?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will receive a separate email with a gift card code shortly after.
